App Features and Limitations

• We are not responsible for items omitted from a list you created or edited

Local Data Storage

• Your packing lists and preferences are stored locally on your device by default
• We do not have access to your personal packing or travel data
• You are responsible for backing up your preferences
• Data loss due to device issues is not our responsibility

Optional Cloud Synchronization

• Cloud synchronization, where available, is optional and must be explicitly enabled
• You are responsible for securing the account used for synchronization
• We are not responsible for sync failures or conflicts arising from third-party services

• Uninterrupted app availability

• Error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App
• We are not responsible for missed items, delayed trips, or travel disruptions
